Do you manage Seller Central or Vendor Central?
Our focus is Seller Central for private-label brands, because that is where we can move the most levers on your behalf. If you sell through Vendor Central, tell us on the audit and we will give you a straight answer on whether we are the right fit.
Do you manage advertising to ACoS or TACoS?
To a profit target you agree with us, expressed however makes sense for your business. ACoS on its own is a vanity number: it says nothing about whether the spend bought you incremental sales. We look at advertising against your real margins and your total sales, not just the ad-attributed ones.
Do you use Amazon Marketing Cloud?
Yes, and it is part of the advertising work rather than a separate charge. Amazon has opened AMC to every Brand Registry seller running sponsored ads, so the access is not the scarce part any more — it is a clean room you query in SQL, and knowing which questions are worth asking of your account is the actual work. We use it for path to purchase, audience overlap, new-to-brand analysis, and the year-on-year view the ads console cannot give you once it has dropped the data. We do not run Amazon DSP, and AMC no longer requires it.
Will you change our listings without asking?
No. Listing and content changes are proposed, agreed and logged, so you always know what changed and when. Urgent fixes — a suppression or a policy issue — we deal with first and tell you immediately.
Who answers our buyer messages?
We do. There are dedicated customer service staff on our side who work the buyer message queue, rather than it coming back to your inbox with a note asking you to deal with it. That matters more than it sounds: the marketplaces judge the account on response time and do not care whose inbox the message was sitting in, so a queue left with the brand is how a managed account quietly loses its metrics.
What do you do about account health?
We monitor it as part of the retainer: suppressed and stranded listings, policy warnings, Buy Box loss and anything that threatens the account itself. Most of the damage we see in audits came from problems nobody noticed for weeks.
Do you handle Brand Registry, A+ Content and storefronts?
Yes. Brand Registry support, A+ Content, storefront build and imagery are part of the content work — built to win the click, not just to fill the modules.
Can you launch a new product for us?
Yes. Launch work covers listing build, keyword strategy, advertising ramp and the first weeks of monitoring. It is front-loaded effort, so we scope and quote it separately from the monthly run rate.
Which Amazon marketplaces can you cover?
Tell us which marketplaces you sell on or want to open, and we will confirm what we can cover before you commit to anything. We would rather scope it honestly than claim blanket coverage.
