Cookie Policy
Short version: for visitors, this site sets one strictly necessary cookie, plus Google Analytics cookies only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. It sets no advertising cookies. The booking calendar on the free audit page comes from Cal.com and sets cookies of its own, but only after you click to load it. What follows is the full list.
What a cookie is
A small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can remember something between pages. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Most are not.
What this site sets today
- cookieadmin_consent: records the choice you made about cookies, so you are not asked on every page. Strictly necessary. Kept for 12 months.
- _ga and _ga_N41Y26HDVN: Google Analytics. Set only if you accept analytics cookies (Accept All, or Analytical Cookies under Customize). They let us count visits and see which pages are useful. Your browser keeps them for up to about 13 months.
- ee_lead_pending (session storage, not a cookie): when you send a form, your browser keeps this short note so our thank-you page can count the enquiry in Google Analytics. It holds only which form was sent and when, and it is deleted when the thank-you page loads or when you close the tab. It is kept only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- A WordPress session cookie, but only if you log in to administer the site. If you are a visitor, this is never set.
There is no advertising cookie or advertising pixel on this site. We are not tracking you across the web.
If you have not chosen yet, or you have not accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics still receives cookieless signals about how the site is used, for example when a page is viewed, a form is sent or the booking link is clicked. No cookie is set for this.
Things embedded from elsewhere
The booking calendar on the free audit page is loaded from Cal.com, and only after you click to load it. When it loads, Cal.com sets three cookies of its own: __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token and __Secure-next-auth.callback-url (sign-in and security cookies, deleted when you close your browser) and __cf_bm (Cloudflare bot protection, kept for about 30 minutes). No other page carries it.
Changes
If we add or remove anything on this list, we will update it before the change goes live, and the date at the top of this page will change.
Turning them off
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie control on this site. Every browser also lets you block or delete cookies in its settings — look for privacy or site data. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.
