About Ecom Enable

We are the marketplace department you don't have to hire.

Ecom Enable grows private-label brands on Amazon first — then expands them to eBay, Walmart, B&Q, OnBuy and beyond, without you hiring a specialist for every channel.

Why we started Ecom Enable

Why this agency exists

Hi, I’m Sami Sultan. I started on the warehouse floor. In 2017 I took a part-time job in an Amazon warehouse in the UK, and within a year I knew the platform well enough to be running listings for a brand instead of picking stock for one.

In 2020 an aggregator hired me, the kind that buys up Amazon brands and then has to make every one of them work. I ran five of their accounts. After that I ran ads at an agency and handled five more. Ten accounts, seen from both sides of the table: the owner carrying the P&L, and the agency being asked to explain it.

On nearly every one of them, the same three things. Budget burning on broad match. Suppressed listings nobody had spotted. FBA fees nobody had reclaimed. I started Ecom Enable in 2023 to fix that rather than report on it, and we incorporated in the UK in 2025. We lead with Amazon because that is where I learned it, from the floor up.

Your account stays yours

The Seller Central and advertising accounts are registered to your company, not ours. We work as an added user on your permissions. If you leave, you change one password and everything — campaign history, listings, Brand Registry, the lot — stays exactly where it is. There is nothing for us to hand back, because we never held it.

We answer our own email

No ticket system and no shared support inbox — the reply comes from the person who runs the account, and it comes within one business day.

02Our journey

Founded in 2023 to do one thing properly

Ecom Enable has been an Amazon-first business since the first account. The map has widened a long way since then. The specialism has not moved.

  1. 2023

    The foundation

Ecom Enable was founded after the audit logs kept telling the same story: generalist marketing agencies were burning a serious share of their clients' ad budgets on search terms that never converted, and nobody was reading the logs.

  2. 2024

    The first 20 brands scaled

Built our own data collection software to watch FBA fee structures and bid adjustments across every account we run, rather than trusting someone else's dashboard to tell us what our clients were being charged.

  3. 2025

    Incorporated in the UK

Ecom Enable Ltd was incorporated in the UK, two years after the business started trading. That is why this site says trading since 2023 and registered in 2025, rather than picking whichever of the two reads better.

The same year we introduced our pan-European logistics compliance checklist, so a brand could open the EU marketplaces without tripping over the paperwork on the way in.

  4. 2026

    Operating globally

Operating globally: 50+ active brands scaled across Amazon's major marketplaces, run against one unified tracking index instead of a spreadsheet per country.

03Our position

Why we lead with Amazon

For most private-label brands, Amazon is where the demand already is — and it is the least forgiving channel to get wrong. Rankings, Buy Box, account health and ad costs all move weekly, and small mistakes get expensive quickly.

Depth beats breadth

An agency that treats every marketplace as interchangeable is average everywhere. We go deep on Amazon because that is where most of your upside sits, and we bring that discipline to every other channel we run.

Expansion follows, it does not lead

Launching on eBay, Walmart, B&Q or OnBuy while Amazon is leaking money multiplies the problem. We stabilise and make the core channel profitable first, then open the next one.

Margin-aware, not budget-aware

Private-label economics are thin and inventory risk is real. We manage advertising to a profit target you agree with us, not to a vanity ACoS number that looks good in a report.

The channels most agencies skip

When you are ready, we run the UK marketplaces others avoid — Wayfair, B&Q and OnBuy — alongside eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Temu and TikTok Shop.

04How we work

What working with us actually looks like

We audit before we advise

Every engagement starts with a look at the real account — listings, account health and ad spend. No plan is worth anything until we have seen where the money is going.

We agree the priorities in writing

You get a short plan: what we fix first, what we leave alone for now, and what success looks like. Scope and terms are set out before anyone commits.

We do the work

Listings, advertising, content, operations and compliance are handled by us. Your client dashboard is included and reading it is optional — there is no homework list at the end of each call.

We report in plain English

Weekly optimisation, a report every fortnight that you can read in five minutes, and a direct line to the people doing the work. If something is not working, you hear it from us first.

05What we stand for

The rules we run the business by

Operators, not advisers

We do the work rather than hand you a deck of recommendations to implement yourself.

You own your accounts

Always. Your marketplace accounts, listings, advertising history and data stay yours. We operate them on your behalf and you can revoke our access at any time.

No hype, no vanity metrics

We would rather show you a flat month and the reason for it than dress up an impressions chart.

We say no when we should

If a channel is not right for you yet, or we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the audit call instead of selling you a retainer.

06Credentials

Verifiable, not self-awarded

We would rather you checked than took our word for it. Everything below can be confirmed before you commit to anything.

  • Pricing

Published, not quoted on the call

Our entry price is £875, and the formula behind it — a flat base fee plus a percentage of managed ad spend — is published in full. You can work out what you would pay before you ever speak to us.

  • Terms

It is all in the agreement

    100% account ownership retained.

  • Access

    The people are named

Personal WhatsApp & Slack channel with founder Sami Sultan & Senior PPC Strategists. Zero junior account managers.

We never publish a client name, number or screenshot without written permission.
