Engagement
Confirm this before launch. Engagements run on a rolling 30-day agreement — the term your pricing page publishes, and the one every other page on this site now states from a single setting (Appearance > Customize > Ecom Enable settings > “Price: contract term”). It was chosen for you, not confirmed by you, and this is the page a client can hold you to, so read it properly: add the notice period on each side and any minimum period in your own words, and check that the FAQ answers say the same thing. The reasoning behind the choice, and the other term your own site has published, are in the code comment beside this line in inc/demo-content.php and in the editor-only note on the pricing page.
Account ownership
The client’s Seller Central, advertising, brand registry and trademark assets remain the client’s property throughout and after the engagement. Ecom Enable works as an added user on the client’s own permissions.
Limitations
Marketplace platforms change their rules, fees and algorithms without notice. Set out plainly what is and is not within our control.
