We audit your inbound shipments, size and weight tiers, and Amazon fees to identify reconciliation errors, filing clawback claims to recover lost capital.
Why this matters
Amazon makes inbound shipment errors and overcharges dimensional weight fees on a daily basis. Audit providers commonly quote 1–3% of annual revenue as the amount lost to FBA logistics leakage. That is their own estimate, not a measured figure, and no independent benchmark exists.
What is included
- Inbound shipment discrepancy reconciliation audits.
- FBA dimensional weight (fee tier) corrections.
- Inventory and fee audit sweeps, inside Amazon’s current claim windows.
- Clawback claim submission and case log management.
- Real-time inventory discrepancy reporting.
Questions about this service
How far back can you audit?
As far back as Amazon’s current claim windows allow. They differ by claim type and between the US and UK stores. For example, an item lost or damaged in a fulfilment centre must be claimed within 60 days of being reported. Amazon sets a deadline for each claim type, so we start by checking what is still open.
Do you take a percentage of the recovered funds?
No. Unlike commission-based tools that take a share of what they recover, this is fully included in our core retainer model.
