What does Ecom Enable actually do?
We run your marketplace channels for you. Amazon is our core: advertising, listings and content, account health, catalogue and reporting. When you are ready to expand, we run eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Temu, Wayfair, B&Q and OnBuy the same way. We are operators, not advisers — you are not left with a list of recommendations to implement yourself.
Who do you work with?
Private-label and DTC brands who own their products and want marketplace revenue to be a reliable line in the business rather than a side project. We are a poor fit for arbitrage and reselling on price, and we will say so early rather than take the work.
How do we start?
With the free growth audit. We review your account, listings and ad spend, then walk you through two or three prioritised opportunities on a call. If it makes sense to work together, you get a written proposal with scope, plan and a fixed monthly fee. If it does not, you keep the findings anyway.
How long before we see something happen?
Quick wins — cutting wasted ad spend, fixing suppressed or under-optimised listings — usually land in the first few weeks. Ranking and revenue growth build over the following months, because that is how marketplace algorithms actually work. Anyone promising a fixed result by a fixed date is guessing.
Who will I deal with day to day?
The people doing the work. There is no ticket queue and no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. You get weekly optimisation, a monthly report you can read in five minutes, and a direct line when something needs a decision.
Do we have to log into a dashboard?
No. An interactive client dashboard is included in the retainer at no extra cost, and you are welcome to open it whenever you want to look — but nothing waits on you doing so. We do the work and report on it; the dashboard is there for you, not a job we have handed you.
Can you work alongside our in-house team or existing agency?
Yes, and it is common. We will agree who owns what before we start — usually we take advertising and listings while your team keeps brand, supply and pricing — so nobody is editing the same thing twice.
