Pricing
What it costs to work with us.
We publish the model and we quote per account. Below is how the fee is built, what it covers, the three shapes an engagement usually takes, and what moves the number up or down.
- Amazon US
- Amazon UK
- Pan-EU
- Canada
- Australia
- Japan
Personal WhatsApp & Slack channel with founder Sami Sultan & Senior PPC Strategists. Zero junior account managers.
- 100% account ownership retained
How the fee is built
A flat base fee, plus a percentage of the ad spend we manage. Nothing is charged on your total sales, and there are no hidden add-ons. The percentage is banded: it steps with the amount of spend under management, and every line below names the band it comes from.
The whole ladder, as we quote it:
- £5,000 to £14,999
- £750 base fee, plus 2.5% of managed ad spend
- £15,000 to £100,000
- £750 base fee, plus 3.0% of managed ad spend
- Between £100,000 and £150,000
- Quoted directly. We publish no rate across this range, so the estimator does not invent one.
- £150,000 to £200,000
- £1,500 base fee, plus 2.0% of managed ad spend
- Entry price
- £875 a month, at £5,000 of monthly managed ad spend
- Agreement term
- Rolling 30-day agreement
Above £200,000 of managed ad spend a month we quote custom SLA metrics and flat-fee pricing instead. Talk to us about enterprise terms.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Ecom Enable Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added — the figure you see is the figure you pay.

What moves the number
The estimator only knows your ad spend. These are the things that move a quote away from it — and if you know your answers, we can usually give you a range on the audit call.
Catalogue size
Twelve SKUs and twelve hundred are different jobs — for listings, for advertising structure and for the day-to-day.
How many marketplaces
Each channel has its own rules, ad tools and quirks. One run well costs less than four run thinly.
Ad spend under management
Larger budgets need more structure, more frequent decisions and tighter reporting against margin.
Content production
Rewriting a catalogue, building A+ modules or producing new imagery is project work on top of the monthly run rate.
Launch and recovery work
Opening a new channel, migrating a catalogue or unpicking an account-health problem is front-loaded effort.
What is not included
Your advertising budget, marketplace and fulfilment fees, product samples and any third-party software sit outside our fee unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How you get a number
Free growth audit
We look at the account before we talk money. It costs you nothing and you keep the findings.
A written proposal
Scope, what we will do in the first 90 days, the monthly fee and how we would measure it. One page, no jargon.
Terms agreed up front
Term, notice period, what is included and what is not are all set out in writing before you commit to anything.
We start
Access, baselines and priorities in week one. If the scope changes later, we re-quote — you will never get a surprise invoice.
Fair questions about money
Why is the estimate not a quote?
How does the pricing model work?
Do you discount for multiple marketplaces?
Is there a minimum term?
Does the fee include our ad budget?
Can we start small?
What if it is not working?
The quote comes after we have seen the account.
Start with the free growth audit. No obligation, no hard sell, and you keep the findings either way.
