01The problem

Amazon punishes drift.

Very few brands have somebody whose whole job is this channel. So the work happens in the gaps between everything else, and the cost never arrives as a single bad day — it arrives quietly, as rankings that slip a place a week, ad spend that stopped converting two months ago, and listings nobody has read since they went live.

By the time it shows up in the revenue figure, you are not fixing this month. You are rebuilding a year of neglect against competitors who did not take the year off.

02What we do

How we run it

We restructure bloated PPC accounts using our custom EnableEngine™ bidding algorithms and Exact Match Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs), ensuring ad spend is isolated on high-converting queries.

Primary outcome: 28% average ACoS reduction. Based on historical account audits and optimisation runs.

Why this matters

Ad spend efficiency determines your margins. Generalist agencies use generic tools that bleed budget on broad matches; we use our proprietary EnableEngine™ algorithms for inventory-aware bidding and low-inventory (LIL) fee suppression.

Signs you have a bad setup

  • Ad budget going on irrelevant broad match queries.
  • High Low-Inventory Level (LIL) fees, because ads and inventory are not synced.
  • No clear separation between brand and non-brand keywords.
  • Bidding software over-optimising for impressions rather than profit.

What is included

  • Proprietary EnableEngine™ AI bid adjustments.
  • Inventory-aware PPC bidding, for LIL fee suppression.
  • Exact Match Single Keyword Ad Group (SKAG) restructuring.
  • Weekly negative search-term harvests.
  • Sponsored Brands, Display and Video ads management.
  • Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) queries and analysis.

The playbook

  • EnableEngine™ system sync — integrate your inventory days-of-supply metrics with our PPC bid managers, to prevent LIL fees.
  • Campaign isolation — migrate high-volume ranking keywords into Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs), for full control.
  • Negative match harvesting — weekly negative match query sweeps in Auto and Broad campaigns, to block ad wastage.
  • Scaling and multipliers — placement adjustments applied at the top of search, for organic ranking gains.

Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)

Amazon now gives every Sponsored Ads advertiser with Brand Registry a self-service AMC instance, free, inside the ads console. Access is not the valuable part any more, and an agency selling you access to something Amazon hands out is selling you nothing. AMC is a clean room you query in SQL, and an empty query box answers no questions on its own. Writing the queries is the work, and it is part of this service rather than an upsell beside it.

  • Path to purchase — which format introduces a shopper to you and which one closes them. Last-click reporting hands the whole sale to the final touch and makes everything upstream of it look like waste.
  • Audience overlap — where two campaigns are paying separately to reach the same person, so the duplicated spend can move to shoppers you are not reaching at all.
  • New-to-brand analysis — which paths bring in customers who had never bought from you, rather than buying back the ones who would have returned anyway.
  • Year-on-year reporting — the ads console drops Sponsored Brands data after 60 days and Sponsored Products after 95. AMC holds 25 months, so last Prime Day is still there when you plan the next one.

Questions about this service

How quickly will our ad margin improve?

We typically prune wasted search queries within the first 14 days, resulting in a 20–30% drop in ACoS.

What is EnableEngine™?

EnableEngine™ is our proprietary internal technology suite. It automates inventory-aware bid adjustments, flags low stock to throttle ad spend (preventing Low-Inventory Level fees), and automates search query negative harvesting.

Is Amazon Marketing Cloud included, or charged separately?

Included. It is part of how this account gets managed, not a line item. We do not run Amazon DSP, and AMC no longer requires it — Brand Registry and a sponsored ads account are enough.

04How it works

Audit  Strategy  Launch  Scale

Audit

We go through the account, the listings and the ad spend and show you where the money is going. Free, and you keep the findings either way.

Strategy

A short written plan: what we change first, what we deliberately leave alone, what we expect it to do and how we will both know whether it did.

Launch

We do the work. Changes go in against the plan and land in the change log, so nothing happens to your account that you cannot trace back.

Scale

Weekly optimisation from there, with a report every fortnight that says what moved, what did not, and what we are doing about the second one.

05Proof

Real brands. Real numbers.

06FAQ

Questions brands ask us

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your account and the scope of work. You get a clear, fixed quote after the audit, with no hidden fees — and the audit itself costs nothing.

How soon will I see something change?

The quick wins — cutting wasted spend, fixing suppressed or broken listings — usually land in the first few weeks. Ranking and revenue move more slowly, because Amazon rewards consistency over months, not gestures.

Do I keep control of my account?

Always. You own the account, the listings, the ad history and the data. We work as a user on your account and you can revoke that access at any time, for any reason.

Can I take just this service?

Yes. Plenty of brands start with one thing and add the rest once they can see it working. We will tell you if we think a different one would move your number faster.

Does this apply to marketplaces other than Amazon?

Amazon is where we start and where most brands should. The same work carries over to eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Temu, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, B&Q and OnBuy once Amazon is stable, with the details adjusted for each platform.

What happens if it is not working?

You will hear it from us before you spot it yourself. The reporting is designed to make a flat month obvious, not to bury it — and if the plan is wrong, we would rather change the plan than defend it.
